and has the longest successful track record. The portfolio
comprises about 40 companies. Each position is weighted
at inception within a fairly tight range with a 4% maximum exposure.

Large-Cap Growth
Our Large-Cap Growth fund is based on a pure growth strategy
and has a strong track record. The portfolio comprises about
40 companies. At inception each position is weighted from
1.5% to 3.2% with a 4% maximum exposure. We typically do not
hold utility or raw-material stocks in this portfolio
because its benchmark does not include a meaningful number
of these securities.

Large-Cap Core/Value
Our Large-Cap Core/Value fund applies the Smith Group’s
investment discipline to a value universe. The portfolio
comprises about 40 companies. Each position is weighted
